Every order is packed and sent from our shop at 21 New Row, Coleraine, Northern Ireland.

Dispatch and delivery

We dispatch orders within 2 to 3 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

UK orders go by Royal Mail Tracked 48, which aims to deliver within 2 to 3 working days of us posting it. So for most UK orders, allow up to a week from placing the order to it landing on your mat. You will get an email with your tracking number as soon as it is on its way.

Delivery costs

• United Kingdom: £3.99, and free on orders over £80
• European Union: £14.99
• Rest of the world: £23.99

Some destinations are quoted a live courier rate at checkout rather than a flat rate. Whichever applies, the exact cost for your address is shown before you pay.

Customs and import charges

Orders going outside the UK may attract import duty, tax or a courier handling fee charged by the destination country. These are not included in what you pay us and are the responsibility of the recipient.
