Your 30 day return window

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange. Items need to come back unused and in their original packaging, with any seals and shrink wrap intact.

Return postage

You pay the return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered. In those cases we cover the cost of getting it back to us and refund you in full. We recommend a tracked service, since we cannot refund an item that never reaches us.

What we cannot take back

Opened or part-built model kits and paints cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Neither can anything made to order or personalised for you.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and we have checked it over, we refund your original payment method within 14 days, and usually a good deal sooner. Refunds cover the price of the item. Original delivery charges are refunded only where the item was faulty or wrongly sent.

Your legal rights

Under UK consumer law you have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery, and a further 14 days to send the goods back. Our 30 day window sits alongside those rights rather than replacing them, and nothing here affects your statutory rights.
